Initially, the plan was to add the property to his buy-to-let portfolio, but he soon decided to keep it for his own family and requested a high-standard refurbishment. While this wasn’t a typical property sourcing deal, we delivered exactly what the investor envisioned.

The project involved a significant transformation. We removed walls and added a rear extension to create a stunning open-plan kitchen and living area. Upstairs, we refurbished the bedrooms with elegant nude tones and new flooring, and we designed a pristine marble bathroom that adds a touch of luxury to the space.

Additionally, we renovated the back garden to the highest standard, incorporating a tiled floor and artificial grass. The result is truly stunning, and it was a privilege to be part of such an impactful project.
