Jane started her property journey over eight years ago, gaining extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in sourcing a diverse range of property investments, including buy-to-let opportunities and property flips. Her keen eye for potential, combined with her strategic approach to property sourcing, has enabled her to identify and secure high-value opportunities that align with our clients' investment goals.

Sasha started her property journey about six years ago, diving into the world of serviced accommodation with enthusiasm and a creative eye. She's passionate about finding and transforming properties into inviting spaces that guests love, while also delivering great results for investors. Her knack for spotting potential and crafting unique stays has set her apart in this sector.

Alongside her property work, Sasha runs a thriving Beauty and Aesthetics business. Juggling two careers, she brings a unique mix of creativity, business sense, and dedication to our team. Whether she’s managing properties or her beauty studio, Sasha’s all about delivering the best experiences for everyone she works with.
My journey in property began in 2016 with the acquisition of a two-bedroom apartment in Condado de Alhama. Shortly after, I expanded my portfolio by purchasing two additional three-bedroom apartments, one of which I co-own with my mother and sisters. These properties are successfully managed as both long-term rentals and holiday lets.
Seeking to deepen my knowledge of property investing, I committed to extensive self-education through books and online training. I then enrolled in several advanced courses, established my LTD company, and secured my first investor.
I successfully implemented the BRRR (Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance) strategy with the purchase and renovation of a three-bedroom house, which is now rented to a family.
More recently, I went on a joint venture with my eldest daughter, Montanna Paxman. Together, we established an SPV company and acquired a five-bedroom HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), which is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be leased for five years to Mears Housing Association.
